SAFE@LAST’s signature event, The BIG Sleepout, raised a super £21,000 in 2009 at Rotherham and as preparations are well underway for this year’s events, we hope to raise even more.
Supporters are asked to sleep rough for one night to get a taste of what a night on the streets might be like for a quarter of young people who run away and feel they have no other choice but to sleep rough.
For the first time ever those wishing to take part will have a choice of locations and dates. The BIG Sleepout will take at Parkgate Shopping Rotherham on Friday 22nd and for the first time ever Doncaster Lakeside Shopping on Friday 8th October.
