The new WEEKEND@LAST website is live!
WEEKEND@LAST Ltd is a trading company, formed with the sole purpose of handling fundraising events on behalf of SAFE@LAST children’s charity. 100% of profits from WEEKEND@LAST Ltd will be donated to its single shareholder SAFE@LAST to continue its vital work with children and young people at risk through running away.
This restructuring of SAFE@LAST fundraising will allow the charity to develop the WEEKEND@LAST brand for its essential fundraising without impacting on charity resources. Events that invite sponsorship such as the Sheffield Half Marathon and the charity’s signature event The BIG Sleepout will still be managed by SAFE@LAST allowing the charity to benefit from GIFT AID opportunities.
The Directors of WEEKEND@LAST are committed to maintain and develop both the quantity and the quality of events and will build upon the wealth of knowledge and experience of the SAFE@LAST staff and volunteers. We look forward to many years of fabulous fundraising.
